PAK333 Terms & Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PAK333 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the PAK333 website at pak333.biz, creating a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by PAK333, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

PAK333 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. To register and use PAK333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor working for PAK333 or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from PAK333 or from any gambling platform that PAK333 is affiliated with.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PAK333. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. PAK333 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming checks. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, fictitious name, or someone else's mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. PAK333 cannot be held liable for any loss or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact PAK333 support immediately.

• Do not use public Wi-Fi networks to access your PAK333 account without a secure VPN.
• Log out of your account fully after every session on a shared or public device.
• Never disclose your password to any person, including PAK333 support staff — we will never ask for it.
• Enable two-factor authentication when it is available as an option in your account settings.

All deposits to PAK333 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PAK333 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including deposits from friends, family members or any other individual — are strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers and Rs 500 for bank transfers and card payments. PAK333 does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transfer charges which are your responsibility.

PAK333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any deposit or crediting funds to your account. This is done to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect players from fraudulent transactions. Non-cooperation with verification requests will result in funds being held until the matter is resolved.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the PAK333 cashier. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your own name that match the identity information on your PAK333 account. PAK333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require additional identity verification before processing. Standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight PKT are processed on the same day when the account is fully verified.
• PAK333 may delay or suspend withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Affected players will be notified.
• In the event of a technical error that resulted in an incorrect credit to your balance, PAK333 reserves the right to correct the balance before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 of these Terms.

PAK333 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific Terms and Conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

All bonuses credited to your PAK333 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, meaning a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 of qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are calculated based on real-money bets only and must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address and per device unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure.
• PAK333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of a coordinated attempt to exploit the bonus terms.
• VIP cashback bonuses are credited as withdrawable cash and are not subject to wagering requirements unless specified in the VIP Club terms.
• PAK333 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

By playing any game on PAK333 — including but not limited to sports betting, Ludo, roulette, crash games, virtual sports and live dealer games — you agree to the individual game rules published within each game section. The general gameplay rules in this section apply across all PAK333 game categories.

All game outcomes on PAK333 that involve an RNG (including crash games, virtual sports, Ludo dice rolls and roulette) are determined by a certified Random Number Generator that operates independently of PAK333 and is subject to third-party auditing. These outcomes are final once confirmed. No PAK333 staff member has the ability to influence or reverse an RNG result after it has been generated.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a mid-game disconnection on PAK333, the game state will be recorded server-side and your bet will be settled based on the game's actual outcome.
• If a technical error occurs that affects the outcome of a game round, PAK333 reserves the right to void all bets placed in that round and return stakes to all affected players' balances.

• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.

PAK333 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Ludo matches or poker-style games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to interact with PAK333 games or to place bets on your behalf.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any glitch, bug or technical error in PAK333 games for financial gain. Any winnings gained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds in a game to another player you are colluding with in order to transfer value between accounts.
• Money laundering: Using PAK333 to deposit, move or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme. PAK333 is required to report suspicious financial activity and cooperate with relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate payment to your payment provider after it has been credited to your PAK333 balance and used for betting.

PAK333 shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any other form of loss arising from service interruptions, technical failures or force majeure events.

PAK333's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money that player has deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. PAK333 does not accept liability for gambling losses, which are an inherent risk of using the platform and accepted by you when you agree to these Terms.

PAK333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gaming, or any other conduct that PAK333 considers harmful to the platform or its player community.

In the event of a temporary suspension, PAK333 will notify the affected player by email or SMS and provide an opportunity to respond to the specific concern. In cases of confirmed fraud, collusion or severe breaches, accounts may be closed immediately and without prior notice. Funds held in accounts closed for cause may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited permanently if the breach is confirmed.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting PAK333 support. Any real-money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five business days of the closure request.

PAK333 may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
